How to Return Your Order

To start a return, please email us at:

Please include the following in your message:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return or exchange

  • A clear photo of the item (if it is damaged or incorrect)

  • Your full name

  • Your shipping address

Our customer care team will respond with return instructions tailored to your order. This ensures your return is handled correctly and quickly.

⚠️ Please do not return your item to the address on your original package unless explicitly instructed by our team. In some cases, items may need to be returned to an international processing facility.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, please send us a clear written notice by email.

  • Orders that are already processed or in transit cannot be canceled. Once delivered, you may begin a return instead.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and will be processed within 14 days of receiving both your withdrawal request and the returned item(s).

  • Please note that shipping fees are not refunded unless our standard shipping method was selected or the return is due to our fault.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You can request a return once your order arrives.
